Yes, in fact, the question was more oriented to knowing why the Pfaffstetter nomenclature has more digits than the others, but no problem, since for my case study, this is the recommended coding.
On the other hand, I thought there was some preliminary listing with some basin names, not necessarily at level 12 so detailed.
I would also like to know, like you, how to add the name attribute to the watersheds, that would be great, since, for example, in Colombia with the current 2018 hydric zoning, it would correspond to watersheds (levels 6–8 approximately) Most of them with current names.
